Synonymous with quality, the Wood-Mode brand is proudly etched into countless kitchens and baths across the country. Now Wood-Mode’s unmatched craftsmanship and luxury finishes can be thoughtfully curated to elevate every room throughout the home.
Introducing The Curio Suite – a collection of freestanding, furniture-quality cabinets offered in a vast range of design options. With six initial styles, the product range includes coordinating vanities, medicine cabinets, linen cabinets, dressers and armoires.
THE CURATED LIFESTYLE
Humans instinctively shape their surroundings to meet their needs, suit their patterns and deliver desired experiences. Nowhere else is this more evident than in the home. Each dwelling – loft, manor or cottage – is a thoughtful and intentional gathering of experiences, possessions and relationships.
For the modern homeowner, the curated lifestyle reflects a more soulful appreciation for one’s surroundings. It emphasizes quality over quantity. Prioritizes health and wellness, safety and sustainability. In this more purposeful lifestyle, the merits of functional design are met equally by the desire for authentic environments and an expression of individuality.
This thoughtful approach to placemaking drove the primary inspiration for The Curio Suite. For the discerning client that appreciates the quality and range of design options offered through custom cabinetry, The Curio Suite creates a cohesive design that can be drawn from the bath to the closet, other areas of a primary suite and beyond.
COORDINATED COMPONENTS

The introduction of The Curio Suite marks a significant benchmark in product development for the 84-year-old company. Wood-Mode customers have for many decades specified one-off furniture-like pieces as additions to their kitchen and bath design, desiring pieces for other areas of their home that reflect the same authentic craftsmanship and unmatched quality finishes found in each Wood-Mode cabinet. The Curio Suite brings together the most often requested accessories and furniture add-ons in a new product category. By standardizing these offerings, customers will see abridged lead times while dealers experience a simplified ordering process.
CURATING YOUR PIECE
STEP 1: Choose the model
With plans for expansion already in process, initial product models include:
- Vanities – Preassembled for easy installation, vanities include multiple cabinet configurations, allowing for single or double sinks. Standard vanity lengths are 24”-72”. Countertops and fixtures are not included.
- Linen Cabinets – With multiple options for drawer, door or shelf configurations, these free-standing, coordinated linen cabinets are offered in heights ranging from 84”-90” leaving ample room for towels, clothing, linens or other bath necessities. Doors can be fitted with various glass options or metal inserts.
- Medicine Cabinets – Matching the same edge and molding details as the vanity, this over-the-sink storage keeps essential supplies close at hand while housing the mirror.
- Armoires, Dressers and High Boys – Moving deeper into the primary suite, customers can now outfit a bedroom or luxury closet with armoires, dressers and high boys designed to house clothing and accessories. These free-standing furniture pieces offer multiple in-drawer organizational options such as drawer dividers, shelf pull-outs, dual-tiered drawers and lined jewelry drawers. Dressers will include a matching wood countertop surface unless another material is specified.

STEP 2: Choose the design style
The Curio Suite launches with six initial designs:
- Chateau – A transitional approach with tapered leg detail and Craftsman-esque molding. This vanity design includes the option for lower shelf storage.
- Promenade – With a flourish of classic design, Promenade is accentuated throughout its profile with grand detail such as beaded crown molding and pedestal feet.
- Urban – Fully seated on the floor, this contemporary piece celebrates modern design with linear drawers and minimal detail.
- Manor I – Classic details such as bun feet and crown molding add robust and stylish dimension.
- Manor II – A decorative ogee valance on the cabinet front mirrors a lightly beaded cove molding overhead in this subtle and flexible design.
- Manor III – With a more streamlined, mid-century look, Manor III offers tapered legs and cove molding to complement a range of home design.
